Pricing

All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR). Prices and availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.

Orders & payment

An order is confirmed once payment has been received. We may decline or cancel orders at our discretion, for example where stock is unavailable.

Product information

We make every effort to display products accurately. Images are for illustration and specifications may vary slightly by manufacturer.

Warranty

Products carry the manufacturer's warranty where applicable. Warranty does not cover misuse, incorrect installation, or normal wear and tear.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Prime Equip is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of products purchased.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
