Delivery areas

We deliver nationwide across South Africa using trusted courier and freight partners. Orders can also be collected from our premises at 9 Catalpa Avenue, Kuruman, Northern Cape, 8460.

Processing time

In-stock orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Larger or made-to-order items may take longer; we will contact you with an estimated date.

Delivery times

• Gauteng: typically 2–4 business days
• Major centres: typically 3–7 business days
• Outlying areas: typically 5–10 business days

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the size, weight and destination of your order. Bulky items such as fridges, freezers and stainless steel tables may require freight delivery.

Receiving your order

Please inspect goods on delivery and note any visible damage on the delivery note before signing. Report damage or missing items within 48 hours to sales@primeequip.co.za.
