Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your equipment. This policy is in line with the Consumer Protection Act of South Africa.

Returns

• Unused items in original, undamaged packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Defective items may be returned within the warranty period for repair, replacement or refund.
• Custom, special-order and installed or used items cannot be returned unless defective.

How to return

Email sales@primeequip.co.za with your order number, the item and reason for return. We will provide a return authorisation and instructions. Returns without authorisation may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Damaged on arrival

Please report transit damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can arrange a replacement.
