Description
The YT28 Pneumatic Rock Drill is designed for drilling horizontal and inclined blast holes in medium-hard and hard rock. Powered by compressed air, the drill is suitable for demanding mining, quarrying and civil-construction environments. Its impact drilling mechanism delivers powerful penetration while the water-flushing connection assists with cooling and the removal of drilling dust and cuttings. The machine can be operated with a compatible air leg for improved support, feed control and operator handling. It may also be mounted on a suitable drilling frame or rig, depending on the application. With a maximum drilling depth of approximately 5 metres, the YT28 is suitable for blast-hole preparation, roof-bolting holes, tunnel development and general rock-excavation work.
