The YD-3.5-I 60L Heated Wax Melting and Filling Machine is designed for products that must remain warm or molten during filling and packaging. Its large 60L melting tank provides an adjustable heating range from 0°C to 120°C, helping maintain a consistent product temperature and flow during operation. The machine uses a single filling nozzle and a 6L filling pump. Filling quantities can be adjusted from 1g to 500g, allowing different container sizes to be processed on the same machine. With a production speed of approximately 10–30 containers per minute, the YD-3.5-I is suitable for small and medium-scale commercial production. The listed filling accuracy is approximately ±1g, depending on product viscosity, temperature and machine settings.
