The XZGK-01S Hydraulic Accumulator Nitrogen Charging & Pressure Test Kit is designed for professional maintenance of nitrogen-charged hydraulic accumulators used in construction machinery, industrial hydraulic equipment, agricultural machinery, mining equipment and other high-pressure hydraulic systems. Hydraulic accumulators rely on a controlled nitrogen pre-charge to operate correctly. Over time, nitrogen pressure may need to be checked, restored or adjusted during servicing. The XZGK-01S provides the necessary gauges, charging valve, hose and connection adapters to perform these operations from a single portable service kit. The system incorporates three pressure-gauge ranges to allow the technician to select a gauge appropriate to the accumulator pressure being tested. Reference XZGK-01S configurations provide gauges covering 0–100 bar, 0–250 bar and 0–400 bar, together with a high-pressure hose and multiple threaded adapters.
