Description

The Tractor-Mounted Spring Tine Cultivator is designed to improve soil preparation and field maintenance by combining multiple spring-loaded cultivating tines on a strong tractor-mounted frame. During operation, the spring tines penetrate the upper soil layer and create a vibrating cultivating action as the tractor moves forward. This movement helps loosen soil, break smaller clods, disturb weed roots and improve the overall condition of the seedbed. Unlike rigid cultivator shanks, spring tines are able to flex when they encounter resistance. This flexibility helps protect the working components when operating in fields containing stones, roots or uneven patches while allowing the tines to return to their normal working position after passing the obstruction.
