Description

The Tractor-Mounted PTO Chain Trencher is designed to provide fast, consistent, and efficient trench excavation for agricultural, landscaping, utility, and general construction applications. The machine connects to a compatible tractor using a PTO three-point mounting system, allowing the tractor to provide the power and mobility required for trenching operations. A chain-type excavation mechanism cuts progressively through the soil while the tractor travels forward, producing a controlled trench suitable for pipelines, irrigation systems, cables, drainage installations, and similar underground services. With a maximum working depth of approximately 1200 mm and a standard working width of approximately 200 mm, the trencher is particularly suitable for projects requiring relatively deep but narrow excavation. The machine is designed to work with tractors rated at approximately 50 HP or higher, making it suitable for commercial farming operations, agricultural contractors, irrigation installers, construction companies, landscaping contractors, and utility installation projects. Its chain-type trenching structure provides continuous soil cutting while the twin spiral configuration assists with moving excavated material away from the trenching area. This helps create a cleaner and more defined trench while improving operating efficiency. The trencher has a working speed of approximately 100–400 metres per hour, depending on soil conditions, tractor power, trench depth, and operating requirements. This allows substantially greater productivity compared with conventional manual excavation for long irrigation, drainage, cable, and pipeline trenches. The compact mechanical structure is designed for straightforward operation and maintenance while providing the durability required for repetitive agricultural and construction trenching work.
