The T600 Electric Pallet Truck & Stacker Control Tiller Head is designed to provide operators with convenient and precise control of pedestrian-controlled electric material-handling equipment. Mounted at the end of the vehicle’s tiller arm, the control head serves as the primary interface between the operator and the machine. Essential operating functions can be positioned directly within comfortable reach, allowing the operator to control vehicle travel, lifting, lowering and auxiliary functions without repeatedly moving their hands away from the handle. The T600 features a modular control design, allowing the upper housing to accommodate multiple switches and control elements according to the specific machine configuration. Up to six operating elements can be incorporated, making the control head adaptable to different pallet trucks, stackers, transport trolleys and specialised electric vehicles. A non-contact Hall-effect traction control system provides smooth and reliable travel command input. Because Hall-effect technology does not rely on conventional mechanical contact for position sensing, it can provide improved durability for applications involving frequent forward and reverse operation. The control head can support functions such as forward and reverse travel, horn activation, crawl-speed operation, lifting, lowering and auxiliary equipment control, depending on the selected configuration. A central body-protection or emergency-reverse switch can also be incorporated into the handle arrangement. This important safety feature is designed to help move the machine away from the operator if the control head is pressed against the operator during reverse travel. The electronic system is designed for demanding industrial environments, with the tiller-head assembly offering IP40 protection and operating elements and traction switches providing at least IP54 protection, depending on configuration. With an operating-temperature range extending from approximately -40°C to +85°C, the control head is designed to support operation across a wide range of material-handling environments. Its ergonomic construction, modular controls, durable housing and electronic communication capability make the T600 suitable both as an original equipment component and as a replacement control solution for compatible electric material-handling machinery.
