Description
The Suspended Automatic Sensor Induction Aluminium Foil Sealing Machine is designed for businesses that require fast, clean and consistent sealing of capped bottles and jars. It uses electromagnetic induction to heat a conductive foil liner positioned inside the cap, creating a secure bond between the liner and the container opening. Unlike a direct-contact heat sealer, the induction head does not press against the cap or bottle. Containers move beneath the suspended head while the electromagnetic field transfers energy to the foil. The foil heats almost immediately, activates its sealing layer and bonds to the container rim. After cooling, the liner forms a protective seal underneath the cap. The suspended construction is especially useful when a business already operates a conveyor or complete bottle-packaging line. The sealing head can be installed after the capping station, allowing filled and capped containers to be sealed automatically before labelling, coding or final packaging. An automatic sensor identifies approaching containers and coordinates the sealing process. Adjustable induction output allows the operator to adapt the machine to different packaging materials and line speeds. The suspended head can also be adjusted to accommodate containers of different heights. Air cooling provides a convenient solution for continuous commercial operation without requiring a separate water-cooling system. Integrated overheat protection helps protect the machine if its operating temperature rises beyond the permitted range. The machine can process compatible plastic and glass containers fitted with suitable induction liners. It can be used for food, beverage, cosmetic, household, agricultural, lubricant and chemical packaging applications. However, the correct liner must be selected for the container material, and the cap must apply sufficient pressure to the liner during sealing. Effective sealing is determined by four primary variables: induction power, exposure time, distance from the sealing head and cap pressure. Conveyor speed controls the liner’s exposure time, while the head position determines the distance between the container and the electromagnetic field. These settings must be balanced to create a complete seal without burning or distorting the liner. Before ordering, container samples, caps and foil liners should be evaluated together. The required sealing diameter, bottle height, planned line speed, electrical supply and production output should also be confirmed so that the correct induction head and generator can be selected.
