The RY2650 Electric Vacuum Sandwich Panel Lifter is a specialised material-handling solution for lifting, rotating and positioning compatible roof and sandwich panels. The lifting system uses eight suction pads to distribute the load across the panel surface. Each suction pad measures approximately 110 × 530 mm and has a listed load rating of 75 kg. The lifter has a main length of 2,650 mm and includes two extension beams, allowing it to support panels measuring up to 12,000 mm in length. Its listed maximum lifting capacity is 300 kg, while the traverse has a maximum load rating of 800 kg. Electric rotation and electric flipping functions help operators reposition panels during loading and installation. The machine is suitable for handling roof panels at working angles from approximately 0° to 25°. The product is intended for handling compatible sandwich panels and similar industrial sheet materials. A suitable crane or lifting system is required to suspend and operate the vacuum lifter.
