The RB-6FP Fully Computerised Plain Sock Knitting Machine is an industrial sock-production solution designed for accurate, repeatable and efficient knitting. Its 3.5-inch cylinder supports multiple needle-count configurations, including 96N, 108N, 120N, 132N, 144N, 156N, 168N and 200N. The appropriate configuration can be selected according to the required sock size, stitch density and production requirements. The machine operates at a maximum speed of approximately 350 rpm when producing plain socks. Its servo-driven system provides controlled and responsive movement throughout the knitting process. Power is supplied through a 0.8 kW controller and a 1.3 kW servo drive and motor system. The machine can be configured for 220 V, 380 V or 415 V, depending on the available electrical supply.
