Description

The PFW200-2C HDPE Pipe Butt Fusion Welding Machine provides a practical solution for joining compatible thermoplastic pipes in plumbing, water-supply, drainage, irrigation and industrial pipeline installations. The machine supports pipe diameters from 40 to 200 mm, allowing operators to work with multiple common pipe sizes using suitable clamping inserts. Its butt-fusion process prepares, heats and joins the pipe ends to create a strong and consistent connection. The heating plate reaches a maximum temperature of 270°C and maintains a surface-temperature deviation of no more than ±5°C, supporting even heating across the pipe ends. An electric planing tool removes uneven material and prepares the pipe faces before heating. The planing tool has a rated power of 0.71 kW, while the heating plate is rated at 1.6 kW. The machine’s total rated power is 2.31 kW.
