Description

The OCEAN Cow Dung Screw Press Dewatering Machine is designed for livestock farms, dairy operations and organic-fertiliser facilities that need an efficient method of processing wet animal manure. The machine operates by feeding manure slurry into a screw-press chamber. A rotating screw progressively pushes the material through a filtering screen while increasing compression. Liquid passes through the screen and is discharged separately, while the compressed solid manure exits from the end of the machine. This separation process reduces the amount of free water in the manure, making the solid fraction easier to store, transport, compost and process into organic fertiliser. Screw-press separation also allows continuous material feeding rather than batch-only processing.
