The MTS1022 Mobile Trommel Soil Screener is a robust material-separation machine developed for efficient screening, grading and removal of oversized material from a wide range of bulk products. The machine uses a rotating cylindrical trommel drum to continuously separate material according to particle size. Feed material enters the screening drum and is gradually moved through the rotating cylinder. As the drum rotates, the material is lifted, rolled and redistributed across the screening surface. Particles smaller than the selected screen openings pass through the drum mesh and are collected or discharged as screened material, while larger particles continue through the drum before being discharged separately. The MTS1022 features a 1000 mm drum diameter and 2200 mm drum length, providing a substantial screening area while maintaining a relatively compact mobile machine footprint.
