Description
The MSZF-400 Fully Automatic Paper Food Container Forming Machine is a practical industrial solution for businesses producing disposable paper packaging for restaurants, bakeries, takeaway services, caterers and prepared-food manufacturers. It automates the conversion of pre-cut paperboard blanks into formed food containers, reducing the time and labour associated with manual folding. The production cycle begins when prepared paper blanks are loaded into the feeding system. Each blank must already be die-cut and creased according to the approved container drawing. The automatic feeder separates the blanks and transfers them individually toward the heating and forming stations. A built-in hot-air generator applies heat to the required sections of compatible coated paper. This heat assists with material forming and activates appropriate sealing surfaces where applicable. The heated blank is then positioned within a dedicated mould, where mechanical pressure folds the sides and forms the corners to create the finished three-dimensional container. Once forming is complete, the container is released and transferred to the collection section. The automatic sequence allows the next blank to enter the forming process with minimal operator intervention. Operators remain responsible for replenishing paper, monitoring production, removing completed containers and responding to alarms. The machine operates at approximately 30–45 forming cycles per minute. Under suitable conditions, higher speeds may be achievable, although dependable production should be calculated using the rated operating range. Paper quality, blank accuracy, mould design and heating performance all influence practical output. Its maximum 400 × 400 mm blank capacity allows the production of various compact and medium-sized containers. These can include lunch boxes, burger cartons, takeaway trays, bakery containers, prepared-meal boxes and other compatible food-packaging formats. Each design requires a correctly engineered mould and matching die-cut blank. The MSZF-400 supports paper materials within an approximate weight range of 200–400 gsm. Single-side coated paper is the standard material specification, but every proposed paper grade should be tested before full production. Coating thickness, paper stiffness, grain direction and moisture content can affect forming accuracy and seam strength. A microcomputer-based control system coordinates feeding, heating, pressing and collection. The integrated monitor allows operators to observe machine operation, while the automatic fault system can stop the machine and trigger an alarm when a detectable problem occurs. With an installed power rating of approximately 4 kW, the machine requires an appropriate industrial electrical connection. It also needs an external compressed-air supply operating at approximately 0.5–0.8 MPa. The air compressor should be sized according to the machine’s continuous airflow demand rather than pressure alone.
