The JZKD170 Automatic Vacuum Clay Brick Extruder provides a practical solution for forming prepared clay into consistent brick shapes. Clay material is fed into the extrusion chamber, where it is compressed and pushed through a suitable forming die. The continuous clay section can then be cut into individual bricks for drying and firing. The machine can produce solid or hollow clay bricks, depending on the installed mould. Different mould configurations may be used to manufacture various brick shapes and dimensions. The JZKD170 is powered by an 11 kW motor and uses a 400 reduction gearbox to deliver controlled torque to the extrusion mechanism.
