Description
The JM-F80 Split-Type Peanut Butter and Chilli Sauce Colloid Mill is a powerful commercial processing machine developed for the fine grinding and homogenisation of liquid, semi-liquid and paste-based materials. Its high-speed rotor-and-stator system reduces product particles and distributes them more evenly, creating smoother sauces, spreads, purées and emulsions. The machine is powered by a 3 kW motor and provides a nominal processing capacity of approximately 300–1,000 kg/h. This capacity makes it suitable for commercial operations requiring greater output than small countertop grinders while maintaining a compact footprint. During processing, prepared ingredients enter the grinding chamber through the 48 mm inlet. The rotor turns at approximately 2,900 rpm, forcing the product through a precisely controlled gap between the moving rotor and stationary stator. The resulting shear, friction and centrifugal action breaks down particles and disperses them throughout the mixture. The adjustable grinding gap allows operators to control the final product texture. Coarser settings may provide faster throughput, while finer settings may require slower feeding or repeated grinding passes. The circulation-pipe configuration makes it possible to return the product to the grinding chamber until the required consistency is achieved. The split-type design positions the motor separately from the processing head, helping protect the drive system from moisture and product leakage. This arrangement also makes the grinding components more accessible during maintenance and cleaning. Food-contact components are manufactured from 304 stainless steel in the standard configuration, providing corrosion resistance and a suitable surface for hygienic processing. The cooling-water connection assists with controlling the heat generated during high-speed grinding, particularly when processing temperature-sensitive sauces and emulsions. The machine is suitable for peanut butter, chilli sauce, sesame paste, nut butter, tomato sauce, garlic paste, fruit purée, mayonnaise, salad dressing and many other compatible products. All ingredients should be properly prepared before grinding. Nuts should be shelled and roasted, vegetables should be washed and cut, and fruit stones or hard seeds must be removed. The colloid mill can operate as an independent machine or form part of a larger processing line. A complete production system may include washing, sorting, roasting, peeling, crushing, mixing, cooking, cooling, storage, filling and packaging equipment.
