Description

The HST-MoPao3T Automatic Metallographic Grinding and Polishing Machine is designed for laboratory preparation of metal and material samples before microscopic examination and analysis. The machine can prepare up to six samples simultaneously, helping improve consistency and productivity during repetitive grinding and polishing work. Its standard grinding disc has a diameter of 250 mm, with optional custom disc diameters of 230 mm or 300 mm. The working platen provides stepless speed adjustment from 50 to 1000 r/min. Operators can also select fixed speeds of 400, 600, 800 or 1000 r/min, depending on the preparation stage and selected consumables. The grinding and polishing head operates at an adjustable speed of 5–150 r/min. Forward and reverse rotation can be selected to support different grinding and polishing requirements. An adjustable loading range of 5–60 N allows controlled pressure to be applied to the samples. The preparation timer can be set from 0 to 3000 seconds, supporting repeatable processing cycles. The machine is supplied for standard 30 mm samples and can be customised for sample diameters from 22 to 45 mm. It is suitable for metallurgical laboratories, manufacturing quality-control departments, research institutions and material-testing facilities.
