Description

The HBTS20 Compact Diesel Stationary Concrete Pump provides an efficient solution for pumping concrete to locations that are difficult to access with conventional mixer trucks or direct-discharge equipment. Its diesel-powered system delivers a maximum theoretical concrete output of 20 m³ per hour and a maximum pumping pressure of 8 MPa. The machine uses an S-valve distribution system to direct concrete into the conveying pipeline and support stable pumping performance. The pump is fitted with a 39 kW main power unit operating at a rated speed of 2200 r/min. Its 150-litre fuel tank supports extended site operation where a fixed electrical supply may not be available. The machine accepts concrete with a slump range of 120–230 mm and a maximum aggregate size of 20 mm. A Ø125 mm conveying tube allows concrete to be pumped approximately 200 m horizontally or 100 m vertically, depending on the concrete mixture, pipeline arrangement and site conditions. The 0.3 m³ hopper has a filling height of approximately 1100 mm, making it suitable for receiving concrete from compatible mixers and feeding equipment. A high-pressure washing system helps simplify cleaning after operation. Its compact stationary construction makes the HBTS20 suitable for residential buildings, foundations, slabs, columns, retaining walls and restricted-access construction sites.
