Description
The Fully Automatic Commercial Instant Coffee and Hot Beverage Dispenser provides a practical solution for businesses that require fast, consistent and convenient beverage preparation. Designed for countertop installation, it automates ingredient dosing, water heating, mixing and dispensing, allowing customers or staff members to prepare hot drinks with minimal effort. The machine is equipped with three independent ingredient canisters, each offering a capacity of approximately 1,200 g. The combined ingredient capacity of 3,600 g reduces the frequency of refilling during normal commercial operation. Depending on the selected drink recipes, the canisters can be filled with compatible soluble ingredients such as instant coffee, powdered milk or creamer, chocolate powder, sugar, milk-tea premix or other free-flowing beverage powders. Three different hot beverage selections can be programmed according to the ingredients loaded into the machine. Operators can configure the quantity of powder and water used for each selection, helping them create consistent recipes and manage the strength, sweetness and serving volume of each drink. The final beverage menu depends on the selected ingredients and recipe programming. A built-in 6-litre hot-water boiler provides heated water for continuous beverage preparation, while a separate 1.6-litre normal-temperature water tank supports the internal water-management system. The machine can be connected directly to a suitable piped water supply or operated from an external purified-water container using a compatible pump. The external water pump is configuration-dependent and may need to be ordered separately. The programmable temperature-control system allows the hot-water setting to be adjusted to suit compatible instant beverage powders. This makes it possible to maintain a stable serving temperature and achieve consistent powder dissolution. Actual temperature settings should always follow the preparation instructions provided by the ingredient manufacturer. The high-speed mixing system combines measured powder and hot water inside the mixing chamber before dispensing the completed beverage. This helps minimise undissolved powder, improves drink consistency and creates a smoother finished texture. Under suitable operating conditions, a standard drink can be prepared in approximately 10 seconds, although dispensing time will vary according to serving volume and recipe settings. Automatic cleaning functions simplify daily maintenance by flushing the internal mixing and delivery components. The machine should still be cleaned regularly, including the ingredient canisters, mixing chambers, dispensing outlet, drip tray and accessible water-contact components. Routine descaling may also be necessary, particularly where the water supply contains a high mineral concentration. An internal ventilation and moisture-control system helps keep the ingredient compartment dry and reduces the possibility of soluble powders clumping during operation. Powders should nevertheless be stored correctly, kept sealed before loading and replaced if they become damp or unsuitable for dispensing. The machine incorporates operational monitoring and self-diagnostic functions that can assist with identifying selected system faults. Sales or dispensing statistics can also be recorded, allowing operators to review the number of drinks prepared from each programmed selection. Available monitoring functions may vary according to the installed control configuration. Its stainless-steel housing provides a durable exterior suitable for routine commercial use while supporting easier cleaning around the service area. Despite its substantial ingredient and boiler capacities, the machine has a compact footprint of approximately 310 × 440 mm, making it suitable for counters where available working space is limited. The reference configuration does not include an automatic cup dispenser or built-in payment system. Customers must place a compatible cup beneath the dispensing outlet before selecting a drink. If the machine will be used for paid self-service, a separate payment or point-of-sale arrangement may be required. This machine is specifically designed for soluble coffee and premixed beverage powders. It does not grind whole coffee beans or perform traditional pressure-based fresh-bean extraction. Selecting powders with suitable flow characteristics is important for accurate dosing, dependable mixing and consistent beverage quality.
