Description

The DR-TR-15 15 HP Heavy-Duty Walk-Behind Trencher provides a practical solution for creating narrow trenches in suitable soil conditions. Powered by a 15 HP, 420 cc engine, the machine drives a heavy-duty digging chain fitted with 27 carbide-alloy blades. These cutting teeth break into the ground and remove soil as the operator guides the machine along the required trench line. The trenching depth can be set to 200 mm, 400 mm or 600 mm, while the trench width is 100 mm. This makes the machine suitable for installing irrigation lines, electrical cables, communication cables, garden edging and small-diameter pipes. The DR-TR-15 has a listed trenching capacity of 60 metres per hour. Actual output may vary depending on soil hardness, moisture, stones, roots and operating conditions. Its walk-behind design, large pneumatic tyres and handle-mounted controls support manoeuvrability across suitable construction, agricultural and landscaping sites.
