Description

The DF300TA Commercial Automatic Electric Food Tray Sealing Machine provides an efficient packaging solution for prepared meals, takeaway foods, fresh products, frozen foods and other tray-packed items. Its compact design allows commercial sealing capacity to be installed in kitchens and production areas with limited floor space. The operator places a filled tray into the sliding mould and initiates the cycle. The machine automatically positions the roll film, applies controlled heat and pressure, cuts the film around the tray and rewinds the remaining film. The mould then returns to the loading position so the sealed tray can be removed. A single-cavity mould can process approximately 480 trays per hour. A compatible dual-cavity mould can seal two smaller trays during each cycle, providing a listed production capacity of approximately 800 trays per hour. Actual output depends on the tray format, sealing temperature, film properties and operator loading speed. Each mould is manufactured for a specific tray shape and size. Changing to a different container normally requires a corresponding mould, and additional moulds may need to be ordered separately. The maximum reference tray size is approximately 310 × 200 × 120 mm for a single-cavity configuration or 200 × 140 × 120 mm for each tray in a dual-cavity configuration. The film-feeding system accommodates roll film up to approximately 260 mm wide and 180 mm in diameter. Photoelectric registration helps position compatible printed film, while the integrated cutting system creates a clean finish around the tray. The stainless-steel structure provides durability and accessible surfaces for routine cleaning. An anodised aluminium mould supports repeatable tray positioning, while the coated sealing plate helps reduce film adhesion during operation. This standard configuration performs conventional heat sealing only. It does not remove air, create a vacuum, inject preservation gas or provide vacuum-skin packaging. The correct tray and film combination must be selected to achieve a secure seal. Because the machine uses an all-electric drive system, it does not require a compressed-air connection. A suitable 220 V electrical supply and stable countertop or equipment stand are required for installation.
