Description

This commercial fruit and vegetable juicer is engineered for continuous juice extraction from a broad range of fresh food materials. It can process prepared coconut meat, carrots, ginger, turmeric, pineapple, apples, pears, tomatoes, citrus fruit, garlic, onions and selected leafy vegetables. During operation, prepared ingredients are introduced through the feeding hopper. A rotating screw moves the material through the extraction chamber while gradually increasing pressure. Liquid passes through the perforated filter screen and flows toward the juice outlet, while compressed pulp and fibrous residue are discharged separately. The progressive compression process supports efficient liquid recovery without relying on high-speed blade blending. An adjustable pomace outlet allows the operator to regulate backpressure according to the moisture content and fibre level of the raw material. This provides greater control over extraction performance, residue dryness and product consistency. Stainless steel product-contact components support hygienic processing and simplify routine cleaning. With an approximate processing capacity of 300 to 500 kilograms per hour, the machine is suitable for small and medium-scale production environments that require more output than countertop or batch-operated juicers can provide. The equipment is primarily an extraction and coarse separation machine. It does not automatically wash, peel, dehusk or cut whole produce. Large ingredients and hard fibrous materials should be cleaned and reduced to a suitable size before feeding. Additional filtration, pasteurisation, storage and filling equipment may also be required when producing packaged beverages.
