Description

The Commercial Semi-Automatic Gummy Candy Counting Machine provides an efficient solution for businesses that need to package confectionery products in consistent piece quantities. It automates the product-counting stage while retaining manual control over container positioning, loading and removal. Bulk candy is placed into the machine’s feeding area and distributed across a 100-hole counting mould through an eccentric sieving or vibrating movement. As the mould moves, individual products settle into the available counting positions before being discharged into a waiting bottle, jar, pouch or container. The required filling quantity can be adjusted between approximately 2 and 100 pieces per cycle. This allows the same machine to support different retail pack sizes without requiring a separate counter for each quantity. A variable-frequency motor drives the counting and sieving mechanism. Stepless speed adjustment allows the operator to modify the feeding rate according to the size, shape, surface condition and flow characteristics of the product being counted. The reference operating speed is approximately 10–20 bottles per minute. Practical production depends on the selected quantity per bottle, operator handling speed, product flow, container opening and counting-mould suitability. A maximum piece-counting rate of up to approximately 120,000 pieces per hour is listed. This should be treated as a nominal mechanical reference rather than a guaranteed packaged output. The actual quantity of completed containers per hour will be considerably influenced by the number of pieces required in each container. The machine is particularly suited to free-flowing sweets that can enter and leave the mould openings without sticking, deforming or bridging. Compatible products may include selected gummy sweets, hard candies, coated sweets, mints, tablets, capsules, pills and small uniform food pieces. Soft or sugar-coated gummies may require product trials before commercial use. Products that are sticky, oily, heavily dusted, irregularly shaped or significantly larger than the counting openings may not feed consistently without a suitable customised mould. Interchangeable counting moulds allow the machine to be adapted for different product dimensions. A mould change can normally be completed without extensive internal adjustment, helping businesses switch between compatible product sizes more efficiently. Additional moulds may need to be ordered separately. The semi-automatic configuration requires an operator to place each empty container beneath the discharge outlet, activate or supervise the counting cycle and remove the filled container. The machine does not automatically feed containers, insert desiccants, cap bottles, apply labels or seal packages. A motor power rating of approximately 0.55 kW provides the drive required for the eccentric counting mechanism. The machine operates from a configurable 110–220 V, 50/60 Hz electrical supply, allowing the correct version to be selected for the intended installation. The machine measures approximately 600 × 500 × 700 mm and weighs approximately 50 kg. Its compact format makes it suitable for small and medium packaging rooms where a fully automatic counting and bottling line may not be practical. Stainless-steel external and accessible product-contact surfaces support commercial hygiene and routine cleaning. The final material grade and product-contact construction should be confirmed before ordering, particularly where the machine will be used for regulated food or pharmaceutical products. Accurate counting depends on using a mould suited to the product. Before beginning full production, operators should run repeated test cycles and verify the number of pieces discharged into each container. Damaged products, fragments, excess coating powder and foreign material should be removed before loading. These materials may occupy a counting hole incorrectly, restrict product movement or create inconsistent filling results. At the end of production, remaining products should be removed from the feeding and mould areas. Accessible surfaces should be cleaned using a method appropriate for the packaged product. The machine must be switched off and disconnected before the counting mould or guarded components are removed. This semi-automatic counting machine is ideal for businesses that require better counting consistency and faster packaging than manual hand counting, without the size and complexity of a fully automatic bottling line.
