Description
The Commercial Dual-Fuel Gas and Charcoal Rotisserie Spit Roaster provides a versatile cooking solution for restaurants, catering companies, outdoor venues and specialist barbecue operations. Its combination of gas burners, charcoal trays, grilling grates and a motor-driven spit allows operators to prepare a wide variety of roasted and grilled foods using one commercial unit. A central stainless-steel roasting rod is driven by a 45 W electric motor with a listed maximum motor load rating of up to 80 kg. The continuous rotating action exposes the food to heat from different sides, supporting more uniform cooking while allowing natural juices to circulate over the product. This makes the machine particularly suitable for whole lamb, suckling pig, goats, large poultry, meat joints and multiple smaller products secured along the spit. The motor load rating indicates the stated mechanical capacity of the rotisserie drive and should not automatically be treated as the recommended maximum food load. Actual loading should account for the weight of the spit, forks and food, as well as correct load balance, product dimensions and structural clearance. Two large gas burners provide a controllable and convenient primary heat source. Separate knob controls allow the operator to regulate the burner output according to the product and stage of cooking. Electronic ignition simplifies burner startup, while the open roasting configuration provides convenient access for seasoning, basting, inspection and carving. The machine can also accommodate charcoal using the two supplied charcoal boxes. Charcoal may be used independently where the selected configuration allows it, or together with the gas system to introduce traditional barbecue flavour. Operators must confirm the approved fuel combinations and operating procedure before using both heat sources simultaneously. A cooking surface of approximately 0.68 m² provides space for the rotisserie assembly and the two supplied barbecue grates. This enables the unit to support both spit roasting and conventional grilling. Steaks, chops, sausages, vegetables, kebabs and similar foods can be prepared on the grates while compatible meat products rotate above the primary heat source. Adjustable spit supports allow the distance between the food and the heat source to be changed. Raising or lowering the spit helps the operator manage browning, roasting intensity and clearance for products of different sizes. The supplied adjustable forks secure the food to the central rod and help prevent movement during rotation. The main frame is manufactured from stainless steel with a brushed finish. This provides a durable commercial exterior, resistance to routine food-service conditions and accessible surfaces for cleaning. The open-frame construction also gives the operator convenient access to the burners, charcoal boxes, cooking grates and grease-collection area. Integrated caster wheels allow the approximately 1,200 mm-wide machine to be repositioned within suitable service areas. The unit must be placed on a level, stable and heat-resistant surface, and the wheels should be secured before ignition or loading. The listed safety configuration includes a flame safety device, high-pressure protection and an oxygen-depletion safety device. The availability and operation of these systems must be confirmed for the selected gas configuration. Installation must comply with applicable gas, ventilation, electrical and fire-safety requirements. The rotisserie motor is available for either a 110 V or 220 V electrical supply, depending on the ordered configuration. The correct voltage, frequency, plug arrangement and motor specification must be confirmed before production. The electrical connection powers the rotisserie motor only; cooking heat is produced by the gas burners and/or charcoal. Gas type, regulator pressure, hose connections and burner injectors vary according to the intended installation. These components must be specified before ordering, and the final appliance should be installed and tested by a qualified gas technician. With dual-fuel flexibility, an 80 kg-rated drive system, two burners, removable grilling components and a mobile stainless-steel structure, this commercial rotisserie provides an adaptable solution for high-volume roasting, live-fire catering and outdoor food preparation.
