Description
The Commercial 50-Hole Electric Mini Pancake Maker provides an efficient solution for cafés, bakeries, dessert shops, mobile caterers and food-service businesses that need to prepare large batches of evenly sized miniature snacks. Its single cooking plate contains 50 round cavities, allowing operators to prepare up to 50 portions during each batch. The fixed mould arrangement helps produce snacks with a consistent diameter and shape, supporting uniform presentation, portion control and predictable serving quantities. The machine is suitable for poffertjes, mini pancakes, bite-sized muffins, small sponge cakes and other pourable-batter products compatible with its mould design. Recipes may require adjustment to achieve the correct rise, texture and cooking time for the shallow round cavities. An adjustable temperature range of approximately 50°C to 300°C gives operators control over browning, cooking speed and finished texture. Lower settings can be used for controlled preheating or delicate mixtures, while higher settings support faster baking and more pronounced surface colour. The thermostat cycles the heating elements to maintain the selected temperature. Because the control responds to the temperature of the cooking plate rather than the internal condition of the food, operators must establish suitable settings and cooking times for each recipe. The cooking plate has a non-stick surface that assists with product release and simplifies routine cleaning. A small quantity of cooking oil or release agent may still be required, depending on the batter composition and condition of the coating. The reference cavities measure approximately 45 mm in diameter and 10 mm deep, although the final mould dimensions must be confirmed before ordering. These dimensions are suitable for producing small, bite-sized portions rather than conventional full-sized pancakes or deep muffins. Batter is manually poured or dispensed into the preheated cavities. Products are then manually turned where the selected recipe requires cooking on both sides. Once the desired colour and texture have been achieved, the finished portions are removed using a suitable non-metallic utensil. The machine automates plate heating and temperature regulation but does not automatically mix batter, dispense ingredients, turn products or remove finished portions. Production output therefore depends on the operator’s experience, batter consistency, cooking temperature and required preparation time. A full batch produces up to 50 pieces. Hourly output depends on the recipe and the time required for filling, cooking, turning and unloading. For planning purposes, operators should complete production tests using their intended recipe rather than calculating output from cavity quantity alone. The reference machine measures approximately 530 × 320 × 190 mm and weighs approximately 9.4 kg. Its compact countertop design makes it suitable for installation in service areas where available working space is limited. Voltage configurations between 110 V and 240 V at 50–60 Hz are listed. The required voltage, frequency, plug type and rated power must be selected before production. Matching 220 V machines of the same size are commonly rated at approximately 1.6 kW, but the final power rating must be confirmed for the ordered configuration. Heat-resistant controls and indicator lights provide straightforward operation. Depending on the selected control panel, a timer may also be included. The presence, range and operation of the timer must be confirmed before ordering. The external housing provides a durable commercial structure, while raised feet help separate the heated body from the working surface and support ventilation beneath the appliance. The unit must be placed on a level, heat-resistant counter with sufficient surrounding clearance. The non-stick surface must be protected from metal knives, forks, scrapers and abrasive cleaning materials. Scratching or overheating the plate may reduce its release performance and shorten its service life. After production, the machine should be switched off, disconnected and allowed to cool. Food residue should be removed using a soft cloth or non-abrasive sponge. The appliance must not be immersed in water or cleaned with direct high-pressure spray. With its 50-cavity capacity, broad temperature range and compact commercial design, this machine offers a practical way to add fresh miniature pancakes and snack products to a food-service menu.
