Description

The Commercial 13-Input Smart Cocktail Dispenser provides bars, restaurants, hotels and event operators with a fast and consistent method of preparing mixed beverages. Its automated dispensing system measures selected ingredients according to programmed recipes, helping reduce manual pouring, improve portion control and maintain greater consistency between servings. The reference configuration accommodates up to 13 liquid sources through 10 bottle positions and three connections for larger beverage containers. This arrangement can be used for spirits, syrups, juices, mixers and other compatible ingredients. The final selection of liquids can be adapted to the operator’s drink menu, allowing the same machine to prepare a broad range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. A 7-inch touchscreen provides access to the machine’s drink-selection and recipe-management functions. Operators can choose from a library of more than 100 cocktail recipes or create customised drinks by assigning ingredient combinations and programmed quantities. This makes it possible to standardise house recipes, seasonal beverages, promotional drinks and alcohol-free mocktails. A typical programmed drink can be dispensed in approximately 10 seconds. Actual preparation time depends on the number of ingredients, selected quantities, liquid viscosity, line length and programmed flow settings. Ice, garnish and final presentation remain manual operations unless separate equipment is installed. The machine uses air-pressure dispensing technology to transfer ingredients from their containers into the serving cup. This approach supports controlled liquid delivery while reducing reliance on conventional liquid-contact pumping mechanisms. Food-contact tubes, connectors, nozzles and container fittings must still be cleaned and sanitised regularly. Carbonated beverages can be connected as compatible mixers, allowing the system to prepare recipes containing soda, tonic water and similar products. The machine does not manufacture carbonation, however, so mixers must already be carbonated before connection. Carbonated products should be installed using suitable pressure-compatible containers and fittings. The equipment is also listed as compatible with selected higher-viscosity liquids. Compatibility should be tested before commercial use because thick syrups, pulped juices, dairy ingredients and concentrated mixes may require dilution, different tubing or adjusted dispensing settings. Ingredients that separate or contain suspended solids may not dispense consistently. More than 100 stored recipes provide a useful starting point for developing a drinks menu. Custom programming allows operators to adjust ingredient quantities and create recipes suited to their pricing, glass sizes and flavour requirements. Exact recipe-management functions, password controls and available software updates should be confirmed for the selected controller. The reference machine includes 4G connectivity. Depending on the supplied software package, this may support system communication, recipe updates, operating information or other remote functions. SIM-card requirements, data costs, cloud services, subscriptions and remote-management capabilities should be confirmed before installation. With a rated power consumption of approximately 60 W, the machine has a relatively low electrical demand compared with equipment containing refrigeration or ice-making systems. Its wide-range AC 100–250 V input supports installation in different electrical environments, subject to the correct plug, frequency and local electrical requirements. The machine does not have confirmed integrated refrigeration. Spirits, juices, dairy-based ingredients and other temperature-sensitive products must therefore be stored and supplied at safe temperatures using suitable external refrigeration or chilled ingredient systems. It should not be assumed that the cabinet keeps connected bottles cold. Cup placement, ingredient loading, bottle replacement, ice addition, garnishing and service remain the operator’s responsibility. The reference configuration does not include an automatic cup dispenser, ice maker, cocktail shaker, carbonation system or integrated payment terminal. Routine cleaning is essential, particularly when dispensing juices, sugar syrups, cream-based liquids or ingredients containing allergens. Lines should be flushed between incompatible products and sanitised according to an established food-service cleaning programme. Ingredients must also be replaced within their recommended storage periods. This commercial cocktail dispenser is intended to assist trained staff with accurate and efficient drink preparation. It does not replace age verification, responsible alcohol-service procedures or operator supervision. Businesses remain responsible for complying with applicable licensing, hygiene and service requirements.
