The Colour Steel Glazed Tile Roll Forming Machine is designed to process colour steel coils into profiled roofing sheets with a glazed-tile appearance. It brings together the principal stages of sheet production: uncoiling, guiding, roll forming, pressing, cutting and finished-product collection. Suitable for material thicknesses ranging from 0.3 to 0.8 mm, the machine provides roofing manufacturers with a defined processing range for producing tile-style metal sheets. Material width and the finished roofing profile are determined by the approved profile drawing, allowing the production specification to be matched to the required sheet design. The forming system incorporates 18 roller stations that progressively shape the incoming material. Its rollers are manufactured from 45# steel with a specified chrome coating thickness of 0.03–0.05 mm. The forming shafts are also manufactured from 45# steel and have a diameter of 70 mm. A wall-plate structure supports the forming assembly, while a chain drive transfers power through the system. The forming section uses a 5.5 kW main motor and has a specified rolling speed of 2–4 metres per minute. Actual finished-sheet output will depend on the selected sheet length and the time required for pressing, cutting and collection. A 5-ton hydraulic uncoiler with coil car supports the coil-loading and feeding stage. The uncoiler specification includes a 5.5 kW main motor, 3 kW hydraulic power, a 170 mm shaft and a 1-inch chain transmission. Together, these components provide the starting point for an organised coil-to-sheet production workflow.
