Description

The CJH-2L/A 4-Cavity Bottle Blow Moulding Machine provides a practical production solution for manufacturing plastic bottles used for water, juice, beverages, cooking oil, household liquids and other compatible products. The machine supports bottle capacities from approximately 0.05 to 2.5 litres. The listed four-cavity configuration is specified for bottles of up to 1.5 litres, with a theoretical production capacity ranging from 600 to 2,800 bottles per hour. Compatible raw materials include PET, PP, PE and PC, depending on the selected mould, preform and production settings. The machine can produce bottles with a maximum height of approximately 350 mm and a maximum diameter of approximately 105 mm. A PLC-based control system manages the production process. Preforms are heated in a separate 72-head rotary infrared oven, providing controlled and even heating before the blowing stage. The machine offers a clamping force of 320 kN, a mould-thickness range of 130–180 mm and a maximum mould plate area of 650 × 550 mm. It operates on a three-phase 220–380 V, 50/60 Hz electrical supply. The complete production setup requires suitable compressed-air treatment and cooling equipment. The listed supporting configuration includes a high-pressure air compressor, air filter, air hose, air dryer and a 3 HP water chiller.
