Description

The CFXG-50 Automatic High-Speed Paper Straw Making Machine is an industrial production system designed for manufacturing straight paper drinking straws for beverage, food-service and packaging applications. The machine supports both three-layer and four-layer straw production and can produce paper straws with outer diameters ranging from 4.2 to 13 mm. It reaches a maximum speed of approximately 80 metres per minute, with a recommended stable operating speed of 65–75 metres per minute, depending on the straw diameter, paper quality, adhesive and production settings. A two-head, single-belt winding system forms the paper layers around the mandrel. The finished straw length is controlled by an encoder, while inverter-based speed control allows the operator to adjust the production rate according to the required straw specification. The machine uses a multi-blade cutting system with up to nine blades operating online. Servo-driven synchronous tracking allows the cutting assembly to follow the moving paper tube, helping produce consistent straw lengths without stopping the winding process. Automatic paper feeding, four-layer gluing and automatic straw collection reduce manual handling and support continuous commercial production. Protective safety covers are included to help improve operator safety.
