The BSX-600 Industrial Vacuum Forming Machine is a compact thermoforming solution designed to heat and shape compatible plastic sheets over a mould. The machine supports materials such as ABS, acrylic, PET, PS and PVC, making it suitable for producing trays, covers, display components, packaging inserts and other moulded plastic products. It offers a working size of 600 × 600 mm and an effective forming area of 540 × 540 mm. The maximum forming height of 200 mm allows the production of both shallow and deeper moulded components. The integrated vacuum system provides an output of 20 m³/h, drawing the heated plastic sheet tightly over the mould. The machine also supports a blowing function, which can assist with pre-stretching and releasing compatible plastic sheets during production. Operation is managed through simple button controls. The machine has a total power rating of 5 kW and operates on a 220 V, 50 Hz, single-phase electrical supply.
