Description

The Automatic Single-Wire Chain Link Fence Making Machine provides an efficient solution for manufacturing chain link fencing for agricultural, residential, commercial and industrial applications. The machine uses a single-wire feeding system to continuously form wire into an interlocking diamond-pattern fence mesh. It is compatible with galvanised wire, PVC-coated wire and redrawing wire, allowing manufacturers to produce different fence types according to project requirements. It supports wire diameters ranging from 1.3 to 4.0 mm. The mesh opening can be adjusted from 25 × 25 mm to 100 × 100 mm, enabling the production of fine or wide-aperture fencing. The finished fence width is adjustable from 0.8 to 3 metres, making the machine suitable for producing fencing for gardens, farms, sports facilities, factories, security boundaries and animal enclosures. With a production capacity of approximately 80–100 m² per hour, the machine is suitable for continuous commercial fence manufacturing. It is equipped with two 3.8 kW motors, while the total installed power is approximately 12.8 kW. The machine operates on a 380 V three-phase electrical supply.
