The Automatic Poultry Scalding & Plucking Processing Line is designed for small and medium poultry-processing facilities requiring an efficient system for continuous scalding and feather removal. After slaughter and bleeding, poultry is introduced into the scalding section, where controlled hot water prepares the feathers for removal. The birds are then transferred to the plucking section, where rotating rubber plucking fingers remove the feathers. The system incorporates automatic temperature control and can be configured as part of a complete poultry-processing or mini-abattoir line.
