Description

The Automatic Peanut Picking and Harvesting Machine is designed to improve productivity during peanut harvesting and post-harvest processing by mechanically separating peanut pods from harvested peanut plants. After harvested peanut plants are fed into the machine, the rotating picking roller separates the peanut pods from the stems. The separated peanuts and smaller materials then pass through the cleaning system, where a vibrating screen and draught fan help remove stems, leaves, soil particles, and other unwanted material. With a processing capacity of approximately 1,100 kg per hour, the machine is suitable for commercial peanut growers, agricultural contractors, farming operations, cooperatives, and peanut-processing facilities requiring faster and more consistent processing than manual peanut picking. The machine offers flexible power options and can be operated using a 22 kW electric motor, 28 HP diesel engine, or tractor of at least 35 HP, allowing users to select a configuration suited to their operating environment. A large 600 mm diameter × 1,800 mm long picking roller provides an effective working area for continuous peanut separation. The roller operates at approximately 550 rpm, delivering a high-speed picking action while maintaining a listed loss rate of no more than 1%. An integrated vibrating screen and draught-fan cleaning system assists with separating usable peanuts from plant debris and impurities before discharge. This improves the cleanliness of the harvested product and can reduce the amount of secondary manual sorting required. The machine is suitable for processing both dry and freshly harvested peanut plants and can be used in agricultural fields, collection areas, processing facilities, and commercial farming operations.
