Description

The Automatic 2–30 kg Liquid and Paste Weighing Filling Machine is a versatile packaging solution developed for the controlled filling of medium- and large-volume containers. It is suitable for flowable food products, oils, sauces, detergents, lubricants, cleaning liquids, and other compatible materials requiring consistent weight-based dispensing. Unlike a fixed-volume piston filler, this machine measures the product by weight. The operator sets the required target weight, positions an empty container beneath the filling nozzle, and starts the filling cycle. The machine dispenses rapidly during the first stage and automatically reduces the flow rate as the target weight approaches. This two-speed process combines efficient output with improved final accuracy. The standard configuration accommodates filling weights from approximately 2 to 30 kg. Production output ranges from approximately 50 to 150 containers per hour, depending on the selected fill weight, product viscosity, container opening, supply conditions, operator efficiency, and required accuracy. Although the dosing and weighing cycle is automatic, containers normally need to be positioned and removed manually. The machine should therefore be classified as a semi-automatic packaging solution unless supplied with an integrated conveyor, automatic container-positioning system, capping equipment, and downstream handling components.
