Description

The AP-90 1-Row Potato Harvester is designed for small and medium farms requiring an efficient tractor-powered solution for harvesting root and tuber crops. The machine attaches to the tractor through a 3-point linkage and receives its operating power from a 540 rpm PTO shaft. During harvesting, the digging section works beneath the crop row and lifts the potatoes together with surrounding soil. A reciprocating vibrating screen then separates loose soil from the crop. The potatoes move toward the rear of the machine and are deposited onto the field surface, where they can be collected. The AP-90 is specifically described as a vibrating rear-discharge harvester.
