Description

The 6090 Precision CNC Router and Engraving Machine is a compact industrial machining solution designed for accurate engraving, cutting, drilling and routing of compatible materials. It provides an X-Y working area of 600 × 900 mm and a 150 mm Z-axis working area, offering sufficient clearance for a range of flat sheets, panels and three-dimensional workpieces. The machine is equipped with a 2.2 kW water-cooled spindle operating from 600 to 24,000 rpm. The adjustable spindle speed allows operators to select suitable settings according to the cutting tool, material and required finish. Its maximum travel speed is approximately 5–8 m/min, while the maximum working speed is approximately 4–6 m/min. A repeat positioning accuracy of 0.01 mm supports consistent and repeatable machining. The machine uses stepper motors and drivers for controlled movement across the working axes. Its aluminium T-slot table with a PVC surface allows workpieces to be secured using suitable clamps and fixtures. Compatible command formats include G-code, U00, MMG and PLT. The control software supports Windows 7 in both 32-bit and 64-bit versions.
