Description

The 4-Row Walk-Behind Rice Transplanter provides an efficient alternative to transplanting rice seedlings by hand. It is suitable for small and medium farms, paddy fields and agricultural planting operations. Its four-row transplanting mechanism plants seedlings at a consistent 300mm row spacing. The distance between planting holes can be adjusted to 120, 140, 160, 180 or 210mm, allowing the machine to accommodate different planting requirements. The planting depth is adjustable from 7–37mm, while the number of seedlings placed in each hole can be adjusted from approximately 2–8 plants. Power is supplied by a 4.2kW air-cooled, four-stroke petrol engine operating at 3,600rpm. The mechanical transmission provides two forward gears and one reverse gear for improved manoeuvrability in paddy-field conditions.
