Description
The 20 kW Membrane Vacuum Press Machine provides a practical solution for woodworking, furniture manufacturing and decorative panel-laminating applications. The machine uses vacuum pressure and controlled heating to form compatible membrane or decorative film over prepared workpieces. The table is loaded manually, providing straightforward workpiece positioning before the pressing cycle begins. An aluminium heating system distributes heat across the working area, while the inflation and deflation functions assist with membrane forming and pressure release. The machine is equipped with a supplier-stated 100-cubic vacuum pump and an oversized vacuum tank to support stable vacuum performance. Double-layer nano insulation helps retain heat and reduce unnecessary heat loss during operation. The machine has a total rated power of 20 kW and incorporates Chint electrical components.
