Description
The 1L PLC-Controlled Internal Mixer is a compact industrial mixing machine designed for laboratory testing, material development and small-batch production of plastics, rubber compounds and polymer materials. The machine has a 1-litre mixing chamber equipped with electric heating and water cooling, allowing operators to control the processing temperature according to the material requirements. Its flip-type discharge system enables the mixing chamber to tilt up to approximately 110°, making material removal and cleaning more convenient. A 3.75 kW AC drive motor powers the rotor system, while the rotor speed can be frequency adjusted to suit different formulations and processing conditions. The front and rear rotors operate at approximately 40 and 31 revolutions per minute. The reducer base and structural frame are manufactured from low-carbon steel for strength and stability. A forced lubrication circulation system supports reliable gearbox operation and helps reduce wear during continuous use. The mixer is suitable for research laboratories, polymer-development centres, plastic manufacturers, rubber-processing facilities and quality-control departments.
