Description

The 1.9 m High-Speed 4-Head Epson I3200 Dye Sublimation Printer is designed for fast and consistent printing on sublimation transfer paper. The machine is equipped with four Epson I3200 printheads, each featuring 3,200 nozzles. Its maximum printing width of 1,900 mm makes it suitable for wide-format production, while the 2.5 mm printing height supports compatible sublimation-paper applications. Production speeds reach approximately 180 m²/h in two-pass mode and 110 m²/h in three-pass mode. Operators can select the appropriate print mode according to the required balance between production speed and image quality. An automatic air-shaft feeding and take-up system supports smooth media movement during continuous production. The external intelligent air-heating drying system assists with drying printed transfer paper. The printer uses a siphon positive-pressure ink-supply system and includes a fully sealed automatic moisturizing and cleaning system. These features support stable ink delivery and routine printhead maintenance. It supports common image formats, including JPG, TIFF, PDF and EPS, and is compatible with Maintop, PhotoPRINT and ONYX RIP software.
