The 1–3 T/H Biomass and Charcoal Ball Briquette Press Machine provides an efficient solution for converting prepared powdered materials into compact and consistently shaped briquettes. The machine uses a rotating mould system to press material under controlled force. Its mould wheel operates at approximately 18 revolutions per minute, while the listed extrusion force of 1,000 kg supports stable briquette formation. With a production capacity of approximately 1–3 tonnes per hour, the machine is suitable for small and medium commercial briquette-manufacturing operations. A 4 kW electric motor powers the machine through a Model 250 reduction gearbox, providing controlled torque to the moulding mechanism.
